After discussing my need for a new heater with your crew, I was given many different options and plenty of information. The work was done in a very professional manner; the crew was polite and professional throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that my concerns were addressed. Dear Sirs, Thank you for the fantastic job your guys did at my home in Long Beach. Sean was my technician and he did a great job of explaining the need for a more efficient air duct system. When Sean came to my house and found all the damage to my old ducts, I was surprised to hear that all that air is basically being wasted on my attic! After Sean explained what getting new ducts can do for my home's cooling and heating and for my energy bills, I had no reason to say no.

The work was scheduled with your very responsive office team and within 2 days I had brand new air ducts. The air blows into the rooms now stronger than before and I get air even in my spare bedroom, which used to have almost no air blowing out. Your men did a good job, and they were really nice. It is a reflection on the company that all the guys who were there were very professional and pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work!

My purpose in writing this letter is to let you know that your team members did a great job on my furnace. When I called in, I thought I needed a simple cleaning on my air ducts. But when your team members took a look at my ducts and furnace, they made me aware of a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. My ducts and furnace had never been cleaned and were in need of some repair.

I opted for a more expensive service in which three air ducts were repaired, my furnace and blower were cleaned, and I bought a new filter and UV Light along with it. Well, the results are definitely good. The air comes out of the grills much stronger, the air is cleaner, and the filter that was put in saves me having to keep buying new, cheaper ones all the time. Overall I am a happy customer and wanted to let you know that. And your team member Nino was a very nice guy and very helpful.

Dear Zducts and Ernie,

I would like to take this moment to thank you for a great job on my new heater and air conditioning. I hadn't had air conditioning for some three years since it broke and the heater was old and wasn't working too good either. I called your people out and they did a really good job explaining everything to me. They made sure I got a good, efficient heater and AC and that I can get the tax rebate.

Your guy Ernie is a good guy. He helped me with all the paperwork and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision. Since having a new AC and heater, it is nicer and much more comfortable in my house and I have you folks to thank for that. Overall, I am happy and wanted to tell your company this. I hope you value your guy Ernie and you can be sure he is giving good customer service to customers like me.

It is really nice to find a company that stands behind its work. It is even nicer to find people who enjoy their job and do it well. I found both of these in my experience with your company. Your technician Allen was really professional and seemed like he likes his job. The installation guy David worked quickly and did a very good job with his assistant.

They came in, did the job in a skilled manner and left my house without damage or problems. I had a follow-up conversation with Allen the day after the work was done and I mentioned this to him as well. I am writing because it's important to let people know when they're doing a good job. I thank you for your professionalism, and the great work on my air ducts.

I ask that this letter be given to whoever is in charge of your crew, as Allen and David's good work should be noted.

I am writing to express my overall satisfaction with the job two of your employees completed on my residence. From the original call placed I was astounded how polite and courteous the individual was on the telephone. He stated that he could get someone out right away, however the truck with the proper equipment for my type of problem would be ready first thing in the morning. The next morning Ernie and Gil walked me through my problem and came up with an answer. I was astounded by the way they carried themselves as well as how clean they were. Not only did they lay down a mat on my floor but wore shoe protectors to make sure that my floor would not get dirty. I was continually please as they cleaned up the mess the previous plumber made the day before, as well as fixed the problem that no other technician would touch .

Again, I appreciate the job both your employees did and thank them for the professional service in which they carried themselves.

To Whom It May Concern:

We were really impressed with the Customer Service Focus of the MI team that came to install our new A/C and of Nino who helped us decide on it all. When faced with a very unique and unanticipated duct problem, they put their heads together, included me in the discussion, and we brainstormed several possible ways to solve the problem with minimal adverse impact to our closet space. The result was nothing short of fantastic. It resulted in an excellent static pressure for the system, and produced an immediate positive effect on the house hot spots.

We can now use the two front rooms of our house without having to put up extra fans, and endure the warm air that has been their major defining characteristic for the last decade. We canft thank them enough for the fantastic job they did..
